ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
- The application for financial assistance must come from an organization, a foundation or school located on Québec territory; however, priority is given to those within the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal (CMM).
- The application for financial assistance must come from an organization (with proof of registration as a charitable organization), a foundation or a school serving low income families or the underprivileged or those facing hardships.
- In order to serve as many organizations, foundations and schools as possible, the Cosmodome Foundation may determine a maximum contribution per application (transportation cannot be included in the application for financial assistance, unless the Board of Directors gives special authorization).
- One single application per year per foundation.
- One single application per year per class in the same school.*
- *To be eligible, a school must have a deprivation index of 7 or more out of 10 (based on the guidelines issued by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport (MELS)).
- One single application per organization, per year.
- All applications must be submitted along with a brief description of the application, the mission and profile of the organization/foundation/school, the clientele served, the age and the number of participants.
